Selecting Treatments

Our Program Advisors are very knowledgeable on all spa services and can help create your special day. Health experts recommend taking just one heat treatment per day. If the sun has left your skin tender, we have special treatments for sunburned skin. Massage, Loofahs and some body wraps are not recommended on sunburns. Please refrain from shaving prior to Loofahs and body wraps.

Spa Courtesies

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to relax and prepare for your service. If you should arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time for his/her next appointment.

For your comfort, we ask that you shower before any body service Please secure money, jewelry and other valuables, prior to your appointment. Zena's Island Day Spa is not responsible for lost personal items.

Please alert the Program Advisor of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention. (i.e. pregnancy, high blood pressure, etc.)

The spa facilities are designed for adult use. In order to maintain a quiet and relaxing environment no children under 16 are allowed.

Additional Information

Retail items can be returned within 10 days of purchase for credit only. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

Gift Cards are redeemable for services and retail items only and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All appointments are based on availability. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended.
